Mugnuli, with their delicate flavour and aroma, are much sought-after in the kitchen and are grown exclusively in our fields. Our work is the result of careful selection of the plant seed and careful cultivation using ancient natural methods (aged manure, green manure of leguminous plants, grasses and cruciferae) that enrich the soil with naturally organic substances, to get the best from our fields.
Studies, research and analyses in collaboration with our researchers have shown that this extraordinary vegetable provides important nutrients, vitamins (Vitamin A, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin C and also Vitamin U) and minerals (sulphur, sodium, potassium, magnesium) useful for digestion and cell metabolism. Mugnuli are the protagonists of numerous traditional Apulian recipes, aimed at enhancing the pleasure of the palate.
