FRITTERS WITH PEPPERS AND CACIO CHEESE

Tasty and inviting fritters, a pleasant combination that allows you to taste and identify each individual flavour. From the freshness and sweetness of peppers to the aromatic scent of oregano, to the strong flavour of cacio cheese.

After selecting the ingredients, the peppers are washed, seared, chopped and wrapped in a light crust of wheat flour, pre-cooked and frozen using the IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) method.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS
- Fryer: with oil at 170°C for about 2 min.
- Air fryer: 160°C for about 7 min.
- Convection oven: 160°C for about 8 min.
