Wild mustard is a wild herb, known since the times of the Romans, who appreciated it for both its gastronomic and medicinal properties. It contains Vitamin B, Vitamin C, proteins and mineral salts. It has many beneficial properties for our health; it is recommended, for example, in cases of rheumatism, muscular pains, respiratory tract ailments, and can stimulate blood circulation.
